- Define and implement a reporting, measurement, and attribution framework for a CRM & Loyalty program
- Lead with a test and learn mindset; ideate, design, and measure A/B tests across different initiatives, collaborate with CRM strategists, designers, and campaign developers
- Audit Adobe Analytics implementation and provide recommendations to optimize new website feature execution; ensure data flows are accurate, proper tagging and tracking is in place to measure performance, and optimal use of in-platform segmentation, A/B testing, and machine learning capabilities
- Develop and standardize comprehensive reporting in Adobe Analytics, define the impact of both journey based and promotional campaigns via intuitive dashboards that can be shared across the organization
- Produce monthly executive reporting and actionable insights on all CRM campaigns, including engagement and incrementality
- Lead quarterly business reviews to report on overall campaign learnings and opportunities
- Analyze data to identify consumer behavior, report on historical performance, and develop recommendations for future initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with CRM & Loyalty Marketing teams; develop hypotheses around user behavior to be explored through data
- Understand business key performance indicators (KPIs) and how they are considered and leveraged during business analysis
- Strive to go beyond technical execution; emphasize dot connection and strategic vision
- 4+ years of digital analytics experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau data visualization tool including SQL and dashboard building
- 2+ years of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, and Adobe Target experience with Adobe Certification highly preferred
- Proven ability to derive and communicate actionable insights to drive strategic decisions
- Skilled at clearly explaining technical ideas to a range of audiences, verbally and in writing
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a high respect for quality control
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree demonstrating skills in quantitative methods
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed
