- Atleast 15 years of experience in the industry, with a large part of that experience geared on driving global delivery of consulting and product innovation functions out of India
- Experience with a Big 4 consulting firms or equivalent consulting arms of Global SIs (Accenture, Cognizant, Infosys etc)
- Telecom experience is a Plus, Digital Transformation and eCommerce experience is a must
- Must have experience in scaling global teams around a program or a practice focussed on Product Management, Consulting or similar functions
- Must have partnered with large scale technology implementation setups in-house or external in order to ensure successful delivery of the product roadmap

- Storytelling & Data Synthesis: Effectively communicate insights and complex data through impactful storytelling, ensuring alignment and clarity on product vision and direction
- Recruitment & Mentorship: Contribute to organizational growth through active participation in recruiting, community building, mentorship, and sharing best practices and market insights.
- Client Collaboration & Travel: Work closely with clients throughout project inception and delivery, with the flexibility to travel if required to ensure project success.
- Extensive Product Management Experience: Strong experience in product management, with a strong focus on Agile and Scrum methodologies, and a proven ability to drive the product lifecycle across a diverse portfolio of products.
