- To participate in the drive, complete the registration form available on the official challenge page here.
- After registering, candidates will be redirected for taking a video interview screening round. Before starting the video interview, candidates are requested to ensure they are seated in a well-lit environment and are dressed in professional attire. Candidates must allow webcam access before starting the interview.
Process Guidelines
The following outlines the key steps and expectations in the recruitment process facilitated through the Talent Titan platform
1. Talent Acquisition team will reach out to candidates who meet the required assessment criteria.
2. The interview process typically takes 3 to 4 weeks from initial contact through completion.
3. All communications will be made using the contact information submitted during registration.
4. For technical issues or support inquiries, candidates may contact [email protected].
5. Talent Titan serves as the primary authority over the platform and may use, reference, or analyze candidates’ performance data as needed.
6. Talent Titan does not guarantee job placement and bears no liability for employment outcomes.
7. If selected, candidates may receive job offers for roles based at Yubi office locations
Eligibility Criteria
1. Completion of the Round 1 Video screening is mandatory for an application to be considered.
2. Candidates must meet the qualifications specified in the respective job descriptions to be eligible.
3. Only one entry per participant is permitted; multiple submissions will not be considered.
4. Individuals directly involved in organizing or administering the challenge are not eligible to participate.
