• A bachelor’s degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Experience as Project Manager with exposure to at least one development language .NET, Java, C++
• Possess strong technical experience in backend development. Have worked on large-scale cross dependency program management, risk and stakeholder management.
• Should also be good at problem solving.
• Nice to have – PMP certification, CSM, CSPO
• Lead a cross functional team to achieve project requirements, deadlines and schedules
• Create project plans with relevant team members.
• Prepare and communicate project status reports, coordination of change requests
• Use technology to ensure all parties are informed on schedule and budget and maintain the project budget.
• Conduct post-project evaluation
• Research and evaluate infrastructure options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis for various options in the project/proposal
• Manage employee engagement, Recruit and train exceptional employees to fulfil.
