● Has a strong knowledge of Figma workflows and operations
● Understands the strategic value and best practices of creating and managing enterprise level design systems
● Must have an understanding and interest to learn front-end coding languages
● Must collaborate with UX research and design leaders to ensure approved solutions are delivered to front-end UI developers for high quality implementation
● Must be ready to wireframe, storyboard, and create interactive prototypes in order to support design decisions
● Understands Agile development methodology
● Must possess effective communication and teamwork skills
● Must be able to clearly present progress and design decisions to the UX team, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders
● Must consistently communicate status reports using Outlook, Teams, and Jira/Confluence
● Must possess a strong portfolio of case studies that showcase enterprise level UX design solutions and UI development implementation
