● Experience in configuration of different business scenarios for manufacturing and 3PL companies
● Cloud experience will be an added advantage
● Experience in – agents, actions, screensets, configurations, saved queries, OTM administrative features.
● Experience in debugging and resolving system performance related issues
● Should have experience in SQL/PL-SQL
● Should able to own the problem management for application support team
● OTM Integration experience with external systems and knowledge on XSLT, XML profiles, OTM Schema, EDI, XML mappings will be an added advantage
● Should be able to work on OTM Customizations and Integrations
● Knowledge in XSLs and custom Screen sets
● Knowledge on logistics and supply chain management will be an added advantage
● Experience in working with US clients will be added advantage
● Create test plans, test cases and perform functional testing, as needed
● Own and resolve incidents, Service request, Problem under defined SLA
● Effective work prioritization skills to ensure highest level of customer service and timely response
● Mentor Junior team members on OTM solutions
● Knowledge, Understanding & Experience working within Service Level Agreements (SLA)
● Escalate calls to the appropriate level, in a timely manner
● Escalations include accurate and complete information
● Contribute to a positive work environment by being an active and productive team member
