Python Support Engineer

  • Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and troubleshooting tasks.
  • Experience with Ruby for supporting platform integrations and backend systems.
  • Experience or familiarity with programmatic dialing services such as Twilio and other related platforms.
  • Experience with email deliverability best practices, including knowledge of email spam filters, IP warming, and increasing open/reply rates.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize call and video solutions from browser to backend, with a focus on communication quality and reliability.
  • Experience with TrustHub and understanding of number provisioning regulations (e.g., STIR/SHAKEN, CNAM, etc.).
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations around telephony and email campaigns.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle critical issues in real time.
  • Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and logging systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and customer support.
  • Experience with Twilio APIs for SMS, voice, and video applications.
  • Familiarity with other email delivery platforms and tools (e.g., SendGrid, Amazon SES).
  • Experience with Docker and containerization for communication services.
  • Knowledge of telephony protocols and standards such as SIP, WebRTC, or VoIP.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, continuous integration, and automation tools.
