- 4+ years of experience in Java, Spring Framework, and Microservices
- Proficient in RESTful API development
- Hands-on experience with React.js, Angular, or similar frontend frameworks
- Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to mentor junior developers
- Strong analytical and debugging skills
