Campus Hiring

- After registering, candidates will receive an email containing the assessment link and detailed instructions. The assessment can be accessed using the link provided.

Process Guidelines
The following outlines the key steps and expectations in the recruitment process facilitated through the Talent Titan platform.
1. The Talent Acquisition team will reach out to candidates who meet the required assessment criteria.
2. The interview process typically takes 3 to 4 weeks from initial contact through completion.
3. All communications will be made using the contact information submitted during registration only. Make sure to use the right details while registering.
4. For technical issues or support inquiries, candidates may contact [email protected].
5. Talent Titan serves as the primary authority over the platform and may use, reference, or analyze candidates’ performance data as needed.
6. Talent Titan does not guarantee job placement and bears no liability for employment outcomes.
7. If selected, candidates may receive job offers for roles based at the company locations. Company Details and job description will be shared before scheduling the interview.
Eligibility Criteria
- Completion of the Round 1 and Round 2 assessments is mandatory for an application to be considered.
- Candidates must meet the qualifications specified in the respective job descriptions to be eligible.
- Only one entry per participant is permitted; multiple submissions will not be considered.
- Individuals directly involved in organizing or administering the challenge are not eligible to participate.
