  • Year of Passing: 2025
  • Solid understanding of strategic HR functions, including workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and employee engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with senior leadership and employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with HR software and HR analytics tools is a plus.
