Partner Operations Specialist

  • Own partner requests end-to-end, taking full ownership from intake to resolution, including coordinating with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product, managing escalations, and ensuring issues are fully resolved.
  • Drive process improvements by identifying recurring issues and supporting workflow enhancements or small automations to improve turnaround time.
  • Manage and resolve partner tickets within SLAs, ensuring high accuracy and strong partner satisfaction
  • Support operational workflows related to partner processes
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to the partner portal, deal registrations, and quoting requests
  • Create and process partner quotes
  • Apply critical thinking when validating partner proof of performance reviews
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to improve partner experience and operational efficiency
  • Document workflows and contribute to operational playbooks and SOPs
