Own partner requests end-to-end, taking full ownership from intake to resolution, including coordinating with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product, managing escalations, and ensuring issues are fully resolved.
Drive process improvements by identifying recurring issues and supporting workflow enhancements or small automations to improve turnaround time.
Manage and resolve partner tickets within SLAs, ensuring high accuracy and strong partner satisfaction
Support operational workflows related to partner processes
Investigate and resolve issues related to the partner portal, deal registrations, and quoting requests
Create and process partner quotes
Apply critical thinking when validating partner proof of performance reviews
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations
Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to improve partner experience and operational efficiency
Document workflows and contribute to operational playbooks and SOPs
