- 8+ years of Salesforce experience with 3+ years in a Lead role
- Salesforce Revenue Cloud (RLM)
- Sales Cloud (Leads, Opportunities, Forecasting)
- Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes
- RLM Configuration and Approvals
- Amendments, Renewals, Proration, Usage-based pricing
- Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers
- Integration patterns (REST/SOAP, middleware preferred)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models
- Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills
