  • 8+ years of Salesforce experience with 3+ years in a Lead role
  • Salesforce Revenue Cloud (RLM)
  • Sales Cloud (Leads, Opportunities, Forecasting)
  • Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes
  • RLM Configuration and Approvals
  • Amendments, Renewals, Proration, Usage-based pricing
  • Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers
  • Integration patterns (REST/SOAP, middleware preferred)
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills
