6 to 7 years of hands-on experience with a strong focus on marketing automation platform implementations, not just campaign execution or operations.
Proven track record delivering multiple end-to-end implementations on enterprise platforms such as SFMC, Oracle Responsys, Eloqua, Braze, or equivalent.
Deep understanding of platform configuration, data modelling, journey setup, and integration enablement.
Hands-on experience with scripting, HTML/CSS, SQL, JSON, and dynamic personalization concepts.
Experience with APIs, event-driven integrations, and data mapping.
Familiarity with CRMs, CDPs, and data platforms (e.g., Salesforce CRM, Segment, Snowflake, BigQuery) is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consulting skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders.
