- HRSD module implementation
- SAM Pro (Software Asset Management Professional)
- Strong understanding of:
- Software licensing models (Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, etc.)
- HR processes and workflows
- Experience with CMDB, Discovery, integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator)
- Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD
- Certified Implementation Specialist – SAM
- ServiceNow Application Architect / CTA (preferred)
