- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) – creation, execution, and maintenance.
- Experience testing multiple ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, ITAM, etc.).
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, flows, and configurations.
- Proficiency in manual and automation testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI) and understanding of REST/SOAP integrations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment.
