- Assist in RCA and preventive measures for recurring problems.
- Participate in release validation and smoke testing.
- Update documentation and follow ITIL-aligned processes.
- Collaborate with QA and frontend engineers for integrated fixes.
- Required Skills:
- 5 years in SAP Commerce (Hybris) development.
- Solid Java/J2EE and Hybris fundamentals; exposure to OCC APIs.
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and build tools (Maven).
- Ability to work in a 24×5/7 support model and handle on-call rotations.
