Skills evaluated through the test include Stakeholder analysis, Requirements Engineering, Costs benefit analysis, Processes Modelling, Delivery Management, Data Visualization, Project Management, Agile Scrum Master and Technical Tools. Functional competencies such as Communication and Interpersonal skills, Aptitude, Leadership, Organizational, Decision Making, Analytical and Critical Thinking are also evaluated. Skills are assessed through Multiple Choice, Descriptive, Video and Case Study based questions.

Job Summary

Business Analysts are responsible for evaluating business processes, identifying requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing optimization strategies. They conduct research and analysis to come up with solutions to business problems and help to introduce these solutions to businesses and their clients. They also document research findings and communicate the results to the relevant stakeholders.
