The assessment is designed to test skills and capabilities needed to excel as a Systems Analyst. Skills evaluated through the test include System Analysis, Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Project Management, Database Design. Functional skills such as Communication, Interpersonal, Stakeholder Management, Problem Solving, and Analytical Thinking are also assessed. Skills are assessed through Coding, Multiple Choice, Descriptive, Video and Case Study based questions.

Job Summary

Systems Analysts are responsible for analyzing and evaluating existing systems and developing new systems to meet the needs of an organization. They must be able to identify and document user requirements, design and develop systems, and test and implement systems. They must also be able to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
