Campus Hiring
- To participate in the Bounteous x Accolite Hiring Challenge, complete the registration form available on the official challenge page here.
- After registering, candidates will receive an email containing the assessment link and detailed instructions. The assessment can be accessed using the link provided.
- Before beginning the assessment, the candidates are requested to go through the detailed instructions here.
- Candidates must allow webcam access before starting the assessment
Process Guidelines
The following outlines the key steps and expectations in the recruitment process facilitated through the Talent Titan platform.
- The Bounteous x Accolite Talent Acquisition team will reach out to candidates who meet the required assessment criteria.
- The interview process typically takes 3 to 4 weeks from initial contact through completion.
- All communications will be made using the contact information submitted during registration.

- Talent Titan serves as the primary authority over the platform and may use, reference, or analyze candidates’ performance data as needed.
- Talent Titan does not guarantee job placement and bears no liability for employment outcomes.
- If selected, candidates may receive job offers for roles based at Bounteous x Accolite office locations in Gurugram, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai, or Chennai.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers from B.E./B.Tech, M.E./M.Tech, MCA, and Integrated Courses (graduating in June 2026) are eligible to participate.
- The opportunity is open to students from all branches. However, candidates must have successfully completed at least one mandatory Computer Science–related course to qualify for further rounds.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 60% aggregate or equivalent CGPA till the current semester.
- Students must not be working as Graduate Trainees with any other organization.
- Each student may register only once.
- Candidates with active backlogs are not allowed to participate in the hiring drive.
