- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow modules (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog).
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSO, MID Server, etc.).
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
- Additional certifications (e.g., CIS in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, App Engine) preferred.
