- Lead end-to-end VM migrations, including sizing, dependency mapping, and post-migration validation
- Develop High-Level Designs (HLD) and ensure alignment with enterprise standards
- Design secure and scalable Azure landing zones and hybrid connectivity solutions
- Infrastructure as Code & Automation
- Develop and manage Terraform modules, state management, and environment guardrails
- Implement automation using PowerShell and Azure CLI with proper error handling and idempotency
- Manage configuration automation using Ansible playbooks and roles
- Azure & Hybrid Infrastructure
- Work with Azure core services, networking, and identity/access management
- Integrate on-prem infrastructure with Azure using secure connectivity patterns
- Provision and manage IaaS VMs and core infrastructure components
- CI/CD & Repository Management
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployments
- Implement deployment strategies, approvals, rollback mechanisms, and change controls
- Follow best practices in Git workflows, branching strategies, and version control hygiene
- Operations & Governance
- Implement monitoring and alerting using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics
- Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes
- Support incident management and operational stability
- Apply OS hardening, patching, and system troubleshooting best practices
- 8+ years of experience in cloud and infrastructure engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure cloud migration projects
- Deep knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles
- Experience with Linux system administration and VM provisioning
- Strong scripting experience using PowerShell and Azure CLI
- Experience with Ansible configuration management
- Strong understanding of CI/CD and release governance
- Excellent communication skills and strong ownership mindset
