ServiceNow Enterprise Architect

  • 12+ years of experience, with significant ServiceNow expertise (6+ years) in consulting environments
  • Strong experience across: ITSM, HRSD, SAM Pro
  • Proven ability to operate at both strategic (architecture/roadmap) and hands-on (solutioning) levels
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience
  • Demonstrated experience in driving large-scale transformation programs
  • Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, integrations, and governance models
  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS – ITSM/HRSD/SAM)
  • Experience working with global clients
  • Familiarity with Agile and hybrid delivery models
