•Sets up and manages MCP (Model Context Protocol) connectors for Microsoft products in use at 6Sense
•Configures and extends Copilot Studio and Power Platform for 6Sense workflows
•Manages the M365 environment, specifically within the E3 license tier
•Advises 6Sense on what is and is not included in their E3 plan, and what Copilot unlocks vs. requires add-on licensing
•Acts as the internal authority on the Microsoft AI stack for the squad
•8+ years in Microsoft 365 ecosystem delivery
•Copilot Studio hands-on experience with shipped implementations, not just familiarity
•Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) at a lead level
•M365 tenant administration and governance experience
•Specific experience with E3 licensing; 6Sense runs on E3 and this is a firm requirement
•MCP connector development or configuration experience
•Ability to advise on license boundaries — what Copilot features require E5 or add-ons
