Network Operations & Engineering Manager

  • Strong experience leading enterprise NOC or network operations teams in complex environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of routing, switching, network hardware, topologies, security, telecommunications, and network service performance.
  • Experience handling escalations, high-priority incidents, and coordination across support teams and vendors.
  • Strong communication, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving capability.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and lead calmly through operational issues.
  • Experience with ServiceNow and network monitoring/event tools such as NNMi.
  • Experience with Cisco Firepower, Palo Alto, Panorama, Meraki, packet capture, and Wireshark.
  • Experience in distributed enterprise environments with many locations.
  • Experience in retail, branch, or transaction-sensitive environments, especially where point-of-sale or payment systems matter.
  • Experience supporting circuit and telephony issues.
