- Strong experience leading enterprise NOC or network operations teams in complex environments.
- Strong working knowledge of routing, switching, network hardware, topologies, security, telecommunications, and network service performance.
- Experience handling escalations, high-priority incidents, and coordination across support teams and vendors.
- Strong communication, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving capability.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and lead calmly through operational issues.
- Experience with ServiceNow and network monitoring/event tools such as NNMi.
- Experience with Cisco Firepower, Palo Alto, Panorama, Meraki, packet capture, and Wireshark.
- Experience in distributed enterprise environments with many locations.
- Experience in retail, branch, or transaction-sensitive environments, especially where point-of-sale or payment systems matter.
- Experience supporting circuit and telephony issues.
