- Experience in the Telecom industry is a plus

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on Agile and Scrum practices.
- Drive the overall product delivery lifecycle and continuously deliver undeniable value to our clients across a portfolio of products.
- Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex products.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks, with relevant certifications.
- Demonstrate a hypothesis and data-driven problem-solving approach via funnel data, validating hypotheses and implementing prioritized solutions and continuously monitoring key performance indicators.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Skilled at operating and building relationships with C-suite executives and confident in driving conversations at the intersection of technology and business.
