- Minimum 5+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning / Field Service.
- Strong understanding of FSL data model and operational concepts.
- Experience configuring Service Territories, Service Resources, Skills, Work Orders, Scheduling Policies, and Dispatcher Console.
- Strong hands-on expertise in: Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components Aura Components SOQL / SOSL Salesforce Flows
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs and middleware
