- 12+ years of experience, with significant ServiceNow expertise (6+ years) in consulting environments
- Strong experience across: ITSM, HRSD, SAM Pro
- Proven ability to operate at both strategic (architecture/roadmap) and hands-on (solutioning) levels
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience
- Demonstrated experience in driving large-scale transformation programs
- Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, integrations, and governance models
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS – ITSM/HRSD/SAM)
- Experience working with global clients
- Familiarity with Agile and hybrid delivery models
