- Support and maintain RPA/Sirius applications in production environments
- Manage and troubleshoot cloud-native applications on AWS
- Develop and maintain automation solutions using Python and FastAPI
- Support highly available systems and participate in on-call rotations
- Perform incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution activities
- Build and maintain operational automation workflows and CI/CD support processes
- Monitor applications, alerts, and system health using observability and monitoring tools
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve reliability, scalability, and performance
- Support backend systems and databases including MongoDB
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, EKS/ECS, Lambda, RDS, and S3
- Strong experience in Python automation and FastAPI
- Experience with MongoDB
- Strong understanding of production support, incident management, and operational reliability
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience with monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting distributed systems
- Exposure to Kubernetes and Terraform
- Experience with observability tools and monitoring platforms
- Exposure to AI-driven automation
