- 10+ years in data engineering or data architecture roles, with client-facing or consulting experience.
- Hands-on expertise with Databricks (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog) and/or Snowflake (Snowpark, dynamic tables).
- Strong proficiency in data modeling, pipeline design, semantic layers, and cloud ecosystems (AWS / Azure / GCP).
- Experience with CDP architecture and real-time data activation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical teams and executive stakeholders.
