- Design and build RevOps AI agents end-to-end on the OpenAI and Google stack.
- Own prompt engineering, agent logic, tool use, and integration wiring into Salesforce, Outreach, Marketo, and Snowflake.
- Work alongside the Tech Lead on architecture decisions and production health.
- Operate and iterate deployed agents in sprint cadence, covering knowledge base updates, integration fixes, and regression testing.
- Support UAT, post-deploy monitoring, and rollback-ready deployments.
- 5+ years in software or AI engineering, with recent focus on LLM and agent development.
- Hands-on OpenAI API experience across Assistants, function calling, embeddings, and multi-step agent flows.
- Google Vertex AI or Gemini API experience.
- Experience integrating AI agents with enterprise CRM or RevOps platforms — Salesforce experience is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with agent observability and production deployment standards.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Marketo, or Snowflake integrations.
- Prior experience in a sprint-based AI delivery team working directly with client stakeholders.
- Familiarity with RevOps or Sales Operations workflows and tooling.
