Servicenow Developer HRSD

  • 4–8 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with HRSD (HR Service Delivery).
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, ServiceNow APIs, and integrations (REST/SOAP).
  • Experience in HR case management, lifecycle events, and employee workflows.
  • Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, CMDB, and ITSM modules.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS-HR).
  • Experience with HR systems like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
  • Exposure to Employee Experience/Portal design and HR knowledge management.
  • Experience in enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
