- Strong hands-on experience with HRSD (HR Service Delivery).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, ServiceNow APIs, and integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Experience in HR case management, lifecycle events, and employee workflows.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, CMDB, and ITSM modules.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS-HR).
- Experience with HR systems like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
- Exposure to Employee Experience/Portal design and HR knowledge management.
- Experience in enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
