- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS-ITSM).
- Experience with additional modules like ITOM, ITAM, or HRSD.
- Exposure to Service Portal or Employee Center.
- Experience in enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
