Servicenow Developer ITSM

  • Good understanding of CMDB, Service Catalog, and ITIL processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS-ITSM).
  • Experience with additional modules like ITOM, ITAM, or HRSD.
  • Exposure to Service Portal or Employee Center.
  • Experience in enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
