- Good understanding of CMDB, ITSM modules, and ServiceNow data model.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS-SAM).
- Experience with ITAM, HAM Pro, or other ServiceNow modules.
- Exposure to tools like Flexera, Snow, or other asset management tools.
- Experience in large enterprise environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
