ServiceNow QA

  • 5+ years of experience in QA/Test Leadership roles
  • Strong experience in ServiceNow testing and implementations
  • Hands-on expertise in QTP/UFT automation tools
  • Good functional understanding of:
  • ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
  • HRSD (HR workflows, case management)
  • SAM Pro (Software Asset Management)
  • Experience in test management tools (JIRA, ALM, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of STLC, defect lifecycle, and QA methodologies
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • ServiceNow certification (CSA / CIS-ITSM / HRSD / SAM Pro)
  • Experience with additional automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, etc.)
  • Exposure to API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured)
  • Knowledge of performance testing is a plus
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Experience in large-scale digital transformation or enterprise ServiceNow programs
  • Exposure to AI-driven testing tools or test optimization techniques
