- 5+ years of experience in QA/Test Leadership roles
- Strong experience in ServiceNow testing and implementations
- Hands-on expertise in QTP/UFT automation tools
- Good functional understanding of:
- ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
- HRSD (HR workflows, case management)
- SAM Pro (Software Asset Management)
- Experience in test management tools (JIRA, ALM, etc.)
- Strong understanding of STLC, defect lifecycle, and QA methodologies
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- ServiceNow certification (CSA / CIS-ITSM / HRSD / SAM Pro)
- Experience with additional automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, etc.)
- Exposure to API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured)
- Knowledge of performance testing is a plus
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Experience in large-scale digital transformation or enterprise ServiceNow programs
- Exposure to AI-driven testing tools or test optimization techniques
